- Administrate, support, troubleshoot and monitor the network and systems performance and issues at AC Boilers several sites (HQ - 6th October - Ismailia - Damietta - Assuit - Cairo West).
- Install and Prepare the network environment for each site to be ready to serve our staff such as install the (servers, switches, UPS, firewall, server rack, AP …etc.)
- Deploy and configure different types of OS (Win Server 2008/2012 - Win 7/8/10) also any required software, Antivirus and updates.
- Detect and report any issue related to the network or system performance and suggest the available solutions with the IT Dept.
- Support, Troubleshoot and solve staff issues through a series of actions, either face to face, remotely or over the phone.
- Maintain software and hardware systems.
- Test and evaluate new technology
- Clarify and discuss the available solutions for each site to provide it with internet connection via several types (Leased line - local loop - WiMax - Microwave - 3G/4G)

- Training and preparing the teaching staff of the faculty of Medicine to deal with "Item bank" program; which function to prepare tests after every subject and put questions
- Explain the program function, its purpose and what its benefits are.
- Illustrative explanation for the program and how to put the materials on the program, how to put all kinds of questions, and how to prepare a test whether written or online
- Explaining with various methods whether by workshops or one to one.
- Exploring the bugs and reporting it
- Prepare and troubleshoot the network and PCs which set for Student’s Exams
- Deploy software’s Updates on SCU'S servers
- Deploy SQL and Run queries and DB Backups
