• Coordination between project and business teams during the execution of projects and tasks.
• Support for UAT of projects and tasks including preparation of documents and approvals.
• Support Go-live and post Go-live activities for assigned projects and tasks.
• Support business Users to translate business requirements to Vendors (in technical steps) and vice-versa.
• Escalate issues and suggest corrective actions. Timely follow up on assigned Projects and tasks.
• Follow-up and track Services, Co-ordinate Vendor Support Issues, respond to service tickets in a timely fashion.

• Follow the mandatory and obligatory standards set by the management in delivering the services.
• Completion of the assigned tasks to satisfy the Users’ needs and within the agreed upon time parameters.
• Analysis of production issues and proposing resolutions of the issues.
• Raise and follow up required change requests and tickets in service manager.
• Managing New Projects in line with scheme requirements.
• Manage and handle critical processes involving sensitive data. (Key Management activity for Third Party Banks)
• Provide technical consultancy to customers to choose the right product as per their requirement.
• Ensure smooth delivery of product for validation.
• Provide technical support to customers during implementation and getting the sign off of the project.
• Providing consultancy and installation support of Instant Issuance systems remotely.
Lead Duties:
• Allocating jobs and workloads to individual staff members based on their ability.
• Implementing new initiatives and making sure all staff understand them.
• Giving prompt and accurate information on individual staff member performance.
• Making sure all tasks given to staff are done on time and to the required standard.
• Ensuring a clean, safe and friendly working environment for all team members.
• Managing any staff sickness levels and organizing the necessary cover.
• Making sure that Health & Safety rules are strictly followed by all team members.
• Establishing team and staff targets as a reflection of the company's objectives.

o Global Financial System “GFS” (Branch automation system)
o Islamic Banking System (IBS)
o Loan Origination (LO).
o IFX is a middle ware.
o Phoenix: can use it for inquires and checking.
• Point person for integration and implementation of new CR and all technical tools/resources.
• Design and Develop a new tasks using .net framework & MSSQL.
• In all above systems, Gathering requirements from business users and do the analysis of the new requirements and write the change request documents and design it then send it to development center.
• Following the request and deliver it on time to catch the customer satisfaction.
• Handling the implementation of these systems and migration.
• Troubleshooting and support the systems issues.
• Perform the above systems administration.
