 Coordination between project and business teams during the execution of projects and

Worked on 5 project banking systems in Commercial Bank of Dubai (CBD):
1- Global Financial System “GFS” (is a Branch automation system)
2- Islamic Banking System (IBS)
3- Loan Origination (LO).
4- IFX is a middle ware.
5- Phoenix: can use it for inquires and checking.

 Point person for integration and implementation of new CR and all technical
tools/resources.
 Design and Develop a new tasks using .net framework & MSSQL.
 In all above systems, Gathering requirements from business users and do the analysis
of the new requirements and write the change request documents and design it then
send it to development center.
 Following the request and deliver it on time to catch the customer satisfaction.
 Handling the implementation of these systems and migration.
 Troubleshooting and support the systems issues.
 Perform the above systems administration.
