• Study, analysis, evaluate & prepare sensitivity analysis for feasibility studies presented form other banks to participate in syndicated loans from several aspects such as market, cash flows, feasibility assumptions, elc, to make the right decision to our head management to participate or apologize.
• Analyze credit data and financial statements, cash flow analysis & developing financial ratios of firms.
• Determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money.
• Prepare and review credit proposals required for corporate banking customers.
• Attracting new clients and developing relationship with current corporate customers.
• Prepare monthly report to general management for portfolio monitoring purpose.
• Report to department manager on daily activities & any issues that may arise
• Coordinate with the credit risk and other banking divisions to provide the necessary service to corporate banking customers.
• Inspects accounting and IT systems of firms to determine their efficiency and protective value.
• Assessing the credit worthiness of client companies.
• Monitoring & follow up of customers accounts, i.e review of inspection report, adherence to the central bank classification of accounts.
