Position: Project Procurement Manager
Project: Development of Cornish andWaterfront of Jeddah - Phase 4&5
Contract Value: 796 Million Saudi Riyals
Responsibilities:
1- Follow up the progress as per died line for handing over the project.
2- Submit and follow up the material submittals to the client and consultant for approval.
3- Forecasting levels of demand for services and products to meet the site requirements and
keeping a constant check on stock levels.
4- Conducting research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value,
delivery schedules and quality.
5- Liaising between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and customers.
6- Identifying potential suppliers, visiting existing suppliers, and building and maintaining
good relationships with them.
7- Negotiating and agreeing contracts and monitoring their progress, checking the quality of
service provided.
8- Processing payments, Bank LC and invoices.
9- Forecasting price trends and their impact on future activities.
10- Developing an organisation's purchasing strategy.
11- Producing reports and statistics to compare the budget and buying prices.
12- Evaluating bids and making recommendations based on commercial and technical factors.
Position: Civil Engineer -Jeddah Procurement Supervisor
Location: Procurement and Technical Department- Head Office
Responsibilities:
1- Feasibility study for the projects and calculate the quantities and compare the provided
prices and suppliers
2- Coordination between the projects, contractors and suppliers to complete the targets at the
time schedule
3- Travel to other countries and regions within the Kingdom and Gulf countries to rid the
important requirements of work there.
4- Study the BOQ of project technically and commercially to provide the required material
in lowest price with best quality.
5- Strong negotiations with the suppliers at the budget and delivery conditions.
Position: Civil-Project Engineer
Project: King Abdullah University of Science and Technology KAUST, 19 Parks Project
Responsibilities:
1- Landscape, Hardscape works and play ground equipments installation at the parks.
2- Follow up the progress as per died line for handing over the project.
3- Coordination with ARAMCO representatives for handing over the complete works.
Management and supervision controlling the project and the progress.
• Installing of sewage, firefighting, cold & raw water networks.
• Construction of four Lift Stations, and lay the networks for it.
