Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Overall supervision and coordination of works within the targeted time & quality parameters.
• Preparation & procure materials from different suppliers as per drawings & specification.
• Managing day-to-day activities for achieving desired productivity & quality of construction.
• Preparation of project planning & progress reports to meet targets schedules.
• Coordination with clients, consultants & subcontractors/suppliers at project sites.
• Establishing safety guidelines, and implement of safety practices during execution of project.
• Monitoring and tracking construction progress, presented to Construction Manager in the form of Weekly/Monthly Progress Reports.
