- To gain & understand of good technical knowledge of the vehicles and competition / systems and procedures.
-Perform customer needs analyses and develop key account strategies.
Work as a team to meet sales targets.
-Develop a strong and long-term business relationship with key territory accounts by evaluating and understanding the customer's business and correlating it with the market.
-Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective fleet customers.
-Function as customer advocate and primary sales contact by complete follow-up from initial contact, quotes, demonstrations, negotiation and closing of deals
Co-ordinate with branches / Head Office for movement of vehicles
Prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports based on target
arrange meetings with to customer sites like Corporate Institutions, Government Offices, Rent-A-Cars, etc.
-Applies the day-to-day operations assigned for business development section to Ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.
-Promote/sell the program to prospective customers in the assigned market.
-Research sources for developing prospective customers.
-Ensure that set volume targets are achieved.
-Dealing with complaints and suggestions to enhance the reputation of the foundation.
-Coordinate with the operations unite to start membership processes to ensure
Efficient implantations
-Handle all kinds of customers’ visits inquiries and request of services/sales.
-Resolve all issues related to after sales.
-Ensure that set volume targets are achieved.
-Up selling / cross selling of latest Orange offers.
-Provide constant and reliable feedback to manager on issues related to company products & services.
-Interact with visiting customers in accordance with the departments and organization's policies and procedures.
-Handle all kinds of customer's visits inquiries and requests of services / sales.
-Resolve all issues related of after sales in coordination with back office team.
-Inform shop supervisors on a daily basis of issues that can affect the business.
- Gathering market & customer information.
- Maintain & developing relationships with existing customers.
- Reviewing own sales performance, aiming meet or exceed target.
- Preparing monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis.
- Preparing proposals, agreements, sales reports, & presentations.
