o Implementing the Health & Safety roadmap of the group in Algeria through HSE-IP plan
o Put in place the CCM (Critical Control Management), PSM and other leading KPI’s
o Implementing the health surveillance and industrial hygiene in compliance to Algerian regulation and group health standard
- Achievements:
o Managed the crisis management team by allowing business continuity during Covid-19 pandemic
o Devising the number of major accidents by 3 in 2019 & 2020 at country level (historical)
o Sustained the audit process (internal) on HSMS covering the whole business
o Leading the HSE Group audits at RMX Iles de France and Tanger (Morocco).in 2021
