• Make a deal with our customers to provide our educational serves.
• Search for new customers with deferent ways.
• Handling our customers and follow up with them.
• Coordinating the training programs (start timing, end timing, materials, schedules, and the place of training).
• Doing a training previous plan
• Making sure about the attendants of the trainees and the trainers
• Solving problems with our trainees.
• Coordinating between the company's programs and the I.M.C
i work as ashift leader in my store for managment our employers and solve our problems, i meet alot of customers all day, i do my best to have agood relation with the customers to keep them and follow up with them to keep them for ever .
im responsible on my section and all sections at store, i make ashick on all sections
and make aclose day and peper work ( daly reports ).
