Manage sites at south area for all
mechanical work
Responsible for review and approval of mechanical submittal, shopdrawings, including but not limited to
HVAC systems (VAV boxes, duct work, process piping. chiller system),
Plumbing (pumps, piping systems, drain waste & vent. domestic water),
Fire Fighting protection (pumps, piping, sprinkler heads, FM200, Co2 system) and
Infrastructure ( piping and pumps..etc ).
Monitor construction for all mechanical systems installation and testing activities.
Provide technical guidance to Labours and contractors, and utilizes my subject matter expertise to ensure that the permanent works are constructed per the contract in accordance with applicable codes, standards, approved drawings and specifications, budget and schedule.
Coordination with all department (Civil, Elec….) to avoid any conflict through the constructions.
Assist the Project Controls Cost Engineer, or Contract Administrator, by reviewing Contractors' invoices for correctness of installed quantities for the structural portion of the permanent works. Preparing As-built drawings.

-Comparsion and coordination between design,
 Shop drawing  and coordination model.

 1- Complete understanding of tenders with respect to scope of  work, pricing, and BOQ as per the tender requirements.
2- review shop drawings and material
3- Do  as-built drawings.
4- Prepare financial report for mechanical works.
5-Follow up with the consultant in regard to mechanical works. 
6- Follow up with sub-contractors 
7- Do the installation and testing  for (H-VAC, Plumbing &  Fire fighting)
8-knowledge of mechanical systems in the site.
9-Count and inventory mechanical works

1-Servicing the Machines.
2- Follow the performance of machines.  
3- Do schedule of period maintenance of machines.
