Create maintenance forms - PM & CM -, development & cost saving forms -Engineering Development Form, Root Cause Analysis, kaizen & Process Excellence -, welding inspection form (VT, PT & MT).
Daily security, safety, first aids, firefighting & prevention.
Responsible of effective communication between leader, operation office & ships.
Follow up daily responsibilities of ship's, maintenance responsibilities, check availability of spare parts in the store house, save related document & arrange it in daily report to the leader.
