I was incharge for all the branch activities, sales admin. and make the strategies in the branch for all kinds of business decisions by cordinating with the head offfice in Riyadh

I was incharge for preparing the tender invitation, supplying the required machinery and spare parts, from the local & international market, coordinate with shipping department related to Material Handling, also deal with SABIC for the required raw materials.

Collecting all the plants requirements of feed additives, machinery, spare parts, tabulations, negotiations, placement of orders, follow up, lead time calculations, opening of L/Cs, insurance coverages, dealing with insurance matters.
I was incharge for Global purchasing of additives, feed ingredients, laboratory chemicals, polypropylene & papers bags, machinery, spares parts. shipping/cargo booking/clearance and also opening the rquired L/Cs.

Implemented the sales and promotion policies in local and foreign markets as well as participate in short/long term policy planing. Practiced local sales or exports within speciality as well as taken responsibility for making sure that all practices are sound and comply with rules and regulations. Controlling stocks and verify avalibility of items in quantities enough to handle orders. Preparing marketing studies, researches and developing and analyzing statistical data within my speciality. Actively participated in Marketing Planning Studies.
