• Managed site surveys, coverage testing, acceptance testing, link budget optimization, microwave/FSPL
analysis, and interface solutions for legacy and modern LMR systems.
• Managed a team of 10 engineers and supervised installation teams to ensure system performance met
technical requirements.
• Developed requirements, coverage maps, code plugs (ASTRO P25 & MOTOTRBO), fleet maps, BOMs,
and order bridging.
• Advised clients on system recommendations and coordinated with project and account managers
throughout pre-sale, implementation, and post-sale phases.

• Designed, implemented, and commissioned small cell networks for Crown Castle International, ensuring
optimized coverage and performance across CDMA, UMTS, and LTE networks.
• Conducted field work including CW tests, PIM analysis, antenna testing, KPI measurements, and DAS
ATPs with Commscope hardware.
• Analyzed antenna patterns, propagation, azimuth, and RF jumpers (insertion loss, return loss, distance to
fault) to resolve network and RF issues.
• Researched multi-band and multi-carrier antenna solutions, configured tests, and coordinated orders from
manufacturers based on project design and budget.

• Assisted in coordinating mobile device testing projects and maintaining remote base station equipment to
ensure operational reliability.
• Supported cell construction, network optimization, and troubleshooting, analyzing coverage complaints and
resolving performance issues.
• Conducted nationwide field surveys, monitored coverage status, and tracked network KPIs to maintain and
improve network performance.

• Analyzed KPI data and optimized 2G network performance through antenna adjustments, signal quality
improvements, and coverage enhancements.
• Managed network traffic based on utilization, forecasts, special events, and trends, coordinating with BSS
and MSC teams to resolve RF-related issues.
• Prepared work orders and detailed construction sheets to include cost estimates, material requirements,
distributions, recommendations, and necessary permits.
