Production Manager which includes the following departments: Injection, Packaging & Assembly, Film manufacturing and PVC cement departments
Products and accessories design.
Production Engineer in the fitting factory of Al Amal Company for plastic pipes and fittings (AL Sharif) responsible for the following tasks:
July 2010- till now: Packaging department and lathes for producing special products.
September 2011- till now: Injection department, which include plastic and rubber injection machines
Products and accessories design.
• Review production schedules, engineering specifications, process flows
• Manufacture parts or products with maximum efficiency
• Enact quality control procedures to resolve production problems or minimize costs
• Work with customers and management to develop standards for design and production
• Design control systems to coordinate activities and production planning to ensure that products meet quality standards
• Set the department requirements of production resources and co-ordinate with the purchasing department
• Ensure the safety and environmental requirement applied
Graduation project: CNC rosary machine (Mainly a 3D milling machine has 3 stepper motors and some limit switches controlled through a microcontroller operated by mat lab) Graduation project grade: Excellent A member in a team who achieved the first position upon 12 universities in a robot competition in Helwan University.(April 4,2008) A member in a team who achieved the seventh position in a competition held by the national council of youth productive projects. A member in a team who was honored by the Minister of High Education and Scientific Research for our effective participation in the student activities in the Egyptian Universities during the universities conference in Cairo University. A member in a team who participated in 1st Annual Student Projects Conference held by the American University in Cairo.(November 30,2008).
