- Built up a strong 3PL data and network that flourished the delivery performance as well as provided a backup plan to minimize performance drop during peak and non-peak seasons.
- Setup a workflow and organizational process in creating a cooperative process between the companies parties and 3PL to eventually serves the customers needs and achieve the company's goals

• Managing and monitoring the 3PL partners' performance.
• Negotiate and control the cost and capacity with the 3PLs to insure a high value resulted customer experience
• Ensure KPIs as well as SLAs and Processes for the 3rd Party Logistics providers are met as per the requirement of the company's needs.
• Establish a backup and risk plan by developing and increasing the 3PL network to insure goals are met and a high value customer experience provided
• Audit, monitor and control the inhouse and 3PL inventory by insuring physical and reported stock count are set accurately absent discrepancies.

Responsibilities
• Maximize organization revenue and drive bottom-line growth by effectively managing full sales cycle and delivering exceptional service to clients. Build relationships with new and existing clients, identify needs and deliver solutions.
• Forecast and track key metrics and monitor sales portfolio with Tableau and Pipedrive. Liaise with internal and external partners to drive excellence in service delivery and a seamless experience. Onboard and train clients and deliver presentations and demonstrations.
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to Fetchr
Clients and Customers.

Management, Operations, Finance, Sales….etc).

sponsors.

to delivery service rate, CODs transfer, Requested Reports.

Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
* Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
* Maintains customer records by updating account information.
* Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
