Responsibility and duties:
▪ Engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and derivation
of advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customers' demands.
▪ End-to-end solution design capability for the whole company portfolio such as
Data Center Facility, UPS, ATS, AVR or any critical power solution.
▪ Supervise the Preparation process of RFI/RFP/RFQ, and produce the proposals
from a techno-commercial perspective.
▪ Prepare materials for client presentations, demonstrations, presentations and
bid management documents.
▪ Support the Director of Sales in market intelligence and analysis of pipeline.
▪ Complete presales capability and rich project experience, familiar with project
bidding procedure, and participate in many Mega projects.
▪ Dealing with all business sectors in Egypt such as electricity, construction, banking
or Oil & Gas industry, and know the main scenarios and their business procedure.
Responsibility and duties:
▪ Presales and any technical meetings with customers.
▪ Supervise the company relations with industrial modernization center “IMC” to
identify and execute important services such as ERP system, Export, and Market
studies.
▪ Certifying and maintaining quality management certification such as ISO-9001, CE
mark, and with proud made in Egypt.
▪ Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners;
discovering and exploring opportunities.
▪ Propose product development or new products relying on the feedback coming from
market.
▪ Supervise all tasks related to marketing materials design or printing such as
company website, and promotional materials.
Responsibility and duties:
▪ Responsible for technical supervision of all phases of plant operations including
research/design, production, quality control, maintenance, outsourcing.
▪ Work closely with the production team to increase productivity and profitability within
the manufacturing process.
▪ Provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operation of the facility.
▪ Supervise R&D department to develop new product strategies and research ways to
reduce costs while maintaining product quality.
▪ Develop and execute the plant manufacturing production plans.
▪ Remove production constraints; allocate human and equipment resources and direct
production employees to attain all established goals.
▪ Work with purchasing manager to develop and improve supplier relationships.
