-Elaborate and display vehicles features, specifications, and capability to meet customer requirements.

-Sell new cars to showroom customers.
-Follow up with customers for referrals and new prospects.
-Follow up with delivery of vehicles to customers and ensure invoicing and delivery within the proper time.
-Establish data base for showroom customers.
-Ensure showroom customers’ satisfaction.

- Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients.
- To accept and register customer bookings for a range of DHL services and accurately input relevant booking data into DHL applications.
- Knowledgeably offer customers the most suitable DHL service based on their unique needs, and actively attempting to close the transaction by converting their inquiries and securing their bookings.
- To effectively respond to all customer inquiries regarding DHL’s services, by consistently and confidently providing customers with accurate information.
