I have worked from Jun 2007 to May 2010 in Afia Egypt as sales supervisor, tehn moved to Afia KSA as sales Supervisor up till now,
Develop outlet sales and deliver highest numeric distribution and Afia products penetration
2. Review month todate sales per Sales Rep and give direction and corrective action (if necessary) to salesmen
3. Translate sales objective in to specific action plan to improve distribution, share on shelf, market share, & other KPI's per category, brand outlet
4.Managing distributor account and maintain credit control of customers long term relationships with wholesales, retailers and groceries
5. Issue systematic reports to the management on all market aspects, forecast and all competitors to ensure the best in class.
6. Train and motivate sales staff to achieve the monthly target
7. Spend 80% of the time in field with sales team and 20% in office
8. Manage the performance of the team on systematic basis to achieve the highest sales performance
9. Manage the stock level and inventory accuracy
10. Control the documents related to my sales area, invoicing, and plans
