• In charge to deal with Dubai Electricity Water Authority (DEWA) for recondition of their fleet for light &heavy vehicles with minimum 10 vehicles every month.
• Authorized staff in dealing with Emirates Transport since 2003 for more than 2000 Daewoo buses in all branches of UAE
• Managing of maintenance contract for fleet of 1200 vehicles of Landmark group
• Lead 42 employee in two different services centres.
• Deal with the clients effectively & maintain cordial relationship with customers.
• Set and modify the vehicle maintenance plans to suit the client’s needs and local market
• Ensuring the repairs quality repairs being carried out according to company policies
• Nominated staff to deal with technical and aftersales managements from Korea, China and Japan related with our products for the warranty claims and technical specs.
• Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment that complies with all local, UAE laws, as well as with company policies and procedures.
• Develop strategies and business plans in accordance with goals and objectives

• Performed staff management and capacity planning operations.
Like staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation activities.
• Prepare profitable budget on yearly basis with fully capex, total revenue, labour, sublet, parts, cost of staff, new hiring and replacement hiring
• Increase service department revenue & monitor financial expenditure to ensure adherence to the budget which resulting in profitability year over year.
