-Monitor actual cost, rework cost and analyze capacity
utilization.
-Monthly calculate and settle Overhead, WIP and
variances analysis for factories.
-Reviewing and creating allocation bases for many
activities (Activity-based costing)
-Maintain internal controls process and procedures for
material handling between production locations &
stores.
-Providing management with periodic reports for analyzing factors affecting production (under-
utilization, variances, capacity utilization & efficiency of manpower), and financial reports (Profit & loss
statement and the related analyses, actual sales with
the target, discounts & promotions, sales rewards with
their target).
-Monthly closing activities, checking production
consumption and analyzing fluctuations in expenses.
Revise SAP postings and clear COGI errors. Record
required journal entries, and reconciling FI with CO.
-Reviewing design changes and its impact on cost and
evaluate the effect depending on sales reports.
-Check and monitor stock levels.
