Main Responsibilities:
• Collect equipment list accommodated at site.
• Collect daily the forms “labor, material, equipment”.
• Ensure that all key persons had received the CBS “seniors + site engineers”.
• Collect & review Betty cash form.
• Collect Subcontractors SRN & Client invoices.
• Send updated CBS sheet for review.
• Update progress % as per CBS on oracle.
• Prepare monthly cost control report.
• Using the ERP-Oracle system to manage and control the project’s Budget.

SABIC Al-Matrafiah Housing Project- Secondary Infrastructure & Housing Construction Works Packages (1, 4 & 5).
Description: The Project consists of (3) Packages.
• Package #1 Land Area 480, 000 m2 and Built-up Area 149, 763 m2 and consists of (421) Villas. (1) Imam Villa, (1) Mosque - (Package Value: 610, 067, 149 SAR).
• Package #4 Land Area 482, 000 m2 and Built-up Area 146, 083 m2 and consists of (400) Villas. (3) Imam Villa, (3) Mosque - (Package Value: 604, 274, 285 SAR).
• Package #5 Land Area 783, 000 m2 and Built-up Area 151, 767 m2 and consists of (427) Villas. (1) Imam Villa, (1) Mosque - (Package Value: 643, 658, 614 SAR).
Main Responsibilities:
• Study the documents for biding projects (Drawings, Specifications and Bill of Quantities).
• Supervising the performance of the quantity surveying team to ensure accuracy.
• Preparation of bills of quantities for projects if not available in the documents.
• Supporting estimation team with quantities for tender projects.
• Preparation of quantities for awarded projects (IFC Drawings) to support the budget team.
• Preparation of quantities for change orders and variation orders for ongoing projects.

Building Area: 109, 974.18 m2 building area and 253, 131.00 m2 site area.
Description: The Project consists of 273 villas in Yanbu with landscape and site work.
Ghazi Al Gosaibi Masjid Project:
Owner: Saudi Basic Industrial Corporation (SABIC).
Consultant: BAC Engineering Consultant group.
Location: Jubail
Building Area: 3, 574.2 m2 building area and 15016 m2 site area.
Description: Construction of Mosque with unique design steel structure and G.R.P cladding and special finish.

• Estimating Items Price.
• preparing (Design drawings - shop drawings - fabrication drawings - as built drawings).
• Supervision fabrication process.
• Implementation for the projects.

• Lekhiwya sports stadium (Erection for steel covering - fabrication & erection for main entrance).
• Fabrication & erection for 96 steel mezzanine shops in el Wakra zone.
• Design - shop drawing - Fabrication drawing & Erection for 15 factories.
Main Responsibilities:
• Check plans, drawings to be reflected to site.
• Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
• Plan the work and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
• Prepare reports as required.
• Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
