• Monitoring, measurement, analysis and evaluation of process’s performance within company’s scope.
• Facilitating proactive measures by compiling and analyzing data, and reporting these measures to Leadership Team for further actions.
• Auditing internal processes within company scope on a regular basis based on the agreed audit plan.
• Reporting on a quarterly-basis process’s performance evaluation, and proposing new opportunities for improvement to Leadership Team and Top Management.
• Investigate all non-conformities and making sure corrections and corrective actions are effectively chosen and implemented based on direct and root causes’ investigations.

• Preparing teaching materials as per Saudi Skills Standard ‘SSS’.
• Teaching OHS syllabus for different levels of Diploma Students.
• Developing OHS-related practical activities for students’ engagement.
• Participating in development of current OHS curriculum.
• Preparing and marking computer-based, and paper and pen exams.
• Measuring, monitoring and evaluating students’ performance over each semester.

Responsibilities of QA Coordinator - besides below responsibilities of Safety Engineer position:
• Responsible for upgrading REDA Quality Manuals from ISO 9001:2008 version to ISO 9001:2015 version, including new procedures and forms related to customer satisfaction, training effectiveness, customer requirements review, supplier evaluation and selection, risk management, Management of Change …. etc.
• Leading quality team for upgrading Plant Operations Manual and Quality Control Lab Manual.
• Training all process owners for new standard requirements and how to comply with them.
• developing internal audits’ program for all company processes within REDA QMS scope; Production, QC, Design and Development, Sales, Logistics and HR, including audit plan, audit checklists, and audit reports.
• Reporting on a quarter basis the results of analysis and evaluation of processes’ performance to REDA Saudi Arabia branch management.
• Acting as Management Representative for certification bodies and suppliers’ audits.
•Responsible for achieving OHSAS 18001 certification.
•Participating in development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
•Improving Plant Operations’ Procedures as per the followed safety standards.
•Reviewing technical proposals for firefighting and fire alarm systems installation.
•Investigating industrial accidents and occupational injuries to determine root causes using Safety-Based Root Cause Analysis (RCA) technique.
•Setting rules of chemicals handling, transportation and storage segregation as per International Maritime Dangerous Goods (IMDG) Code.
•Conducting and coordinating staff trainings in areas such as chemical handling, risk assessment, emergency evacuation plan, forklift safety, basics of first aids, hazard communication and other safety trainings.
•Performing functional tests and inspection for firefighting and fire alarm systems.
•Creating and developing safety documents like Job Hazard Analysis, Risk Assessment, Safety audit reports ... etc.
•Implementation of safety audits and inspections over REDA Oilfield Chemicals plant and REDA Chemicals warehouses.
•Coordinating with REDA Oilfield UK HSE Coordinators to issue REDA Oilfield Chemicals HSE manual.
•Providing technical advice and guidance on how to handle safety and occupational health-related problems and implement and follow up implementation of corrective actions.
•Compiling and analyzing statistical data related to safety records like incidents reports, Lost-Time Injury Frequency (LTIF), Total Recordable Incident Rate Frequency (TRIRF), … etc.
Projects:
•September, 2014 - January, 2015: Project Safety Engineer, Installation and testing of complete foam system in one of REDA Chemicals warehouses over 1000 m2.
•November, 2014 - June, 2015: Project Safety Engineer, Extension of water-based sprinklers in REDA Oilfield Chemicals plant.
•January, 2015 - January, 2016: Project Safety Engineer, Construction of a new plant including excavation, installation of steel structure, blenders and storage tanks installation, testing, commissioning and startup, installation and testing of water-based firefighting and fire alarm systems.
•March, 2015 - Now: Project Safety Engineer, Installation of CCTV system in REDA Oilfield Chemicals Plant.
•Implementation of safety audits and inspections.
•Providing different training courses; chemical handling, manual handling, forklift safety … etc.
•Performing JHA (Job Hazard Analysis) and Risk Assessment.
•Proposing suitable actions / advice to solve safety and occupational health problems.
