• Working as HR Business Partner and IT Outsourcing Manager with the Business
Development Management team and our customers by providing HR advice and
consultation and the best Calibers based on Job Requirements and business
needs.
• Develop and implement recruitment policies and procedures that enable the
recruitment of high-caliber employees into the business, enabling the company
and our customers to meet its objectives.

• Drive the implementation/execution of all HR projects and cycle-based
processes (such as manpower planning, annual reward reviews, promotions,
succession planning, talent reviews, and employee engagement and effectively
communicate change management.
