Prepare shop drawings and material submittals and follow-up of the approval
process
- Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the
best options to the Managers for approval prior to execution at site.
- Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the
electrical work groups at site .
- responsible for implementations of all electrical related works at site like,
, Transformers, Electrical panels ……etc.
- Responsible for installation of the following electrical systems(Lighting
System, Power System, Fire Alarm, Access Control, CCTV, Intercom systems, Video
Phone system, BMS System, Cable Tray).
- Laying of all electrical cables both armored and unarmored for LV and MV (STA,
SWA, XLPE, PVC) underground cabling, bus duct as per approved shop drawings.
- Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction
drawings, contract documents, project specifications
- Coordinates with Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and
inspection of works.
- Prepare As-built drawings
- responsible for preparing, issuing and processing invoices and payments .

Project Description :

Scope of work:
The construction of MV switchgear 15 cells, 33 sub-station each contains (
R.M.U, 1 MVA Transformer and L.V switchgear) including all supporting infrastructure MV
loops and LV network .

Scope of work:
The construction of sub-station contains ( R.M.U, 1.5 MVA Dry Transformerand MDB ), install all electrical systems inside the villa like Lighting System, Power
System, Fire Alarm, Low Current System, cable raceway, pull wire through
conduit………etc
Analyze Electrical drawings, specifications, calculations, maps, drawing
and other data to plan and design work.
- Define Project controls, cost estimates, quantity takeoffs and manpower
requirements for proposals and forecasts.
- Supervise the works of three electrical sub-contractors.
- Supervise the work on the site to ensure compliance with specifications,
codes, and customer requirements.
