PROJECT DESCRIPTION: 4 Residential Towers, with 23 floors each, include 2 technical floors and 3 basements for car parking. 3 towers with 6, 8, and 10 floors for offices, shopping mall, 15 villas, hotel, and hotel apartments.
Responsibilities/Tasks: In charge of the Electrical Systems for the project(Reviewing/approving the contractor shop drawings for compliance, studying the material submittals, discuss / approve the payment submittal)
Trust Complex Building
Project Description: consist of 4 high rise buildings with 15 floors of apartments, and 7 common basements for car parking with a ground floor, 12 floors for 5-star hotel, 13 floors of hotel apartments, 12 floors of offices, and one shopping mall.
Responsibilities/Tasks: Reviewing the consultant design, checking the B.O.Q compatibility with the design drawing, and studying the specifications along with the project contract, also responsible for the MEP Coordination drawings.
