perform modification of operation processes. Provide technical information and solutions to local management in order to improve performance of factory facilities and equipment. Organize works and co-ordinate activities in order to help the project team to meet quality, budget, time and EHS objectives set for the project. Achieve the annual objectives established during the annual performance evaluation process (MAP).
Accountabilities:
1.Project management: In coordination with the Project Supervisor, prepares, plans and executes the necessary projects to ensure adequate production environment, infrastructure and utilities in the Eastern factory located at 6th October. Prepare designs, tendering documents, supervise execution and commissioning.
2.Implementations of thew modifications: In co-operation with the Project working group, line management and involved departments, prepare tasks on how to modify equipment in order to optimize the operation of equipment/constructions. Develop all requested and approved modifications taking into account environmental, ergonomic, safety and engineering/ constructing aspects, norms, standards and regulations in order to ensure the best quality of product.
3.Equipment installation and planning: In conjunction with other impacted departments, actively participate in planning, checking up the materials and then execute the technical and design supervision of the installation of new equipment in order to ensure the high quality of the installation and commissioning of the equipment. Make all necessary arrangements for the registration of the new equipment in order to transfer new installation to the factory asset registry system and to ensure further maintenance.
4.Analysis & calculations: Under request of supervisor analyze design proposals of new equipment installation and take the appropriate decisions with regard to future interventions (planned maintenance, modifications) in order to minimize potential breakdowns and increase efficiency of machines/ equipment in this way. Make (when requested) accurate load, strength and feasibility calculations which are necessary to carry out all designed objects according to statistical, dynamical, mathematical or other rules and technical requirements in order to choose the appropriate technological / technical solution for manufacturing the spare parts/units/objects.
5.Documentations: Control and co-ordinate the flow of all documentation, filing and storage in the factory system and technical archive activity in order to meet legal requirements. Prepare technical documents and if it is necessary look for additional information. Check for completeness and accuracy in order to support the activities of the department. Read technical drawings, drafts and/or sketches prepared by design consultants and construction company and other engineers, work with technical references, directories in order to review and to carry out analysis of works performed by design consultants and construction companies.
6.Work with contarctors&safety: Coordinate Contractors’ activities on Site. Coordinate, check and approve work requests within defined timelines and resources. Perform measuring and other tasks in accordance with the stipulated safety rules and regulations with the use of individual protection means (e.g. glasses, gloves, helmet, safety shoes, and ears protection). Follow up full compliance with health, safety, fire prevention and hygiene procedures and standards.
7.Reporting and Communication: Guarantees the feedback of project status, potential risk, open points and issues, discusses related problems and decides on solutions in order to ensure the continuity of production and to guarantee high quality of products at planned costs.
