Work Scope: Telecommunications &Low voltage
1- Manage all Cores& Datacenters operation and maintenance for Zain project.
2- Perform all technical and managerial studies for Zain Cores& Data centers including MSCs/BSCs.
3- Prepare all projects studies, Supervision and approvals for Technical part.
4- Updating Core risk management and discuss it with Zain TF & Zain FLM.
5- Attend all technical meetings and discussions with Zain RO & Huawei RO for all core projects.
6- Align with BO, NOC and all dept. in Huawei to make the best performance of Core scope.
7- Apply new process and make modifications in old process such as PM, Patrolling, BDT, Gen test...etc.
8- Manage all Huawei RM, TL& Huawei suppliers and control the Cores/BSCs SOW.
9- Apply work quality by monitoring all Cores/BSCs alarms on daily basis and focus on Technical solutions.
10- Increase all teams’ Technical knowledge and risk management by teaching them on daily basis.
11- Make support for CEG and FLM management for business cases and contracts negotiations.
12- Supported Huawei management to apply efficiency model and give support for all GSM sites.
Project management for network swap projects
1- Oredoo network power system swap project
1- Manage Ooredoo network swap project for power Equipment upgrade and swap.
2- Manage the working teams and subcontractors who are working under the project.
3- Achieve the target revenue every month.

1-Manage operation& maintenance subcontractors GSM network of Kuwait.
2-Manage the overhauling company who make overhauling for the generators in the GSM sites.
3-Provide all technical support and relate reports to network management.
4-Provide technical view and provide new solutions.
5-Make analysis for the power failures in the GSM sites.
6-Give new solutions for electromechanical equipment’s problems.
7-Follow up PM, CM and overhauling tasks.
8-Make analysis and approval for TCN & MDT for power product.
9-Manage core and Tech building's power supervision and calculations.

My position is: Electrical Senior Engineer for all works in AlKhobar, Al Zahran branches.

• Implement all Electrical and Electromechanical projects which contain. 1- Work criteria were at Mobily, Zain, STC networks.
