Responsible for quality control from receiving the raw material till final product and also technical support after cement Sales.
o Responsible for Adjustment of Mix design based on different Fuel types like Coal
o Prepare, implement and follow up the annual quality department Budget.
o Responsible to make alignment for quality to match with production and sales requirements within the quality standard.
o Responsible for quality and operation the main water station which feed the site.
o Responsible for quality and operation the water station which feed the production line.
o Plan and follow up all the quality department activities.
o Provided the required training for quality staff like Advance QCX system, quality basics for tech, ...etc.
o Plan and apply the instrument calibration based on cement standard.
o Submit the monthly QC report, Cement Benchmark presentation and RCA for quality issues.
o Implement and follow up IMS (integrated management system) requirements.
