Creating and implementing strategic plans and initiatives that exceed goals and objectives.
 Responsible for overall commercial activities of company from inception to completion..
 Responsible for local and import procurement and payments of suppliers.
 Responded to the operations requirement in negotiating the best range of supply available from international and local suppliers
 Responsible to deliver the payment to vendors as per their terms and conditions.
 Responsible to finalize the rate on basis of cost and prices comparison statement.
 Responsible for managing the whole purchasing teamwork.
 Responsible to find new suppliers who are matching to the funding abilities for the Company
 Managing logistics services
 Organize and prepare recurrent meeting with suppliers to solve and follow up their problems
