• Assigned by Metito Overseas Ltd. Under the umbrella of Metito Saudi Ltd. to re-establish the full fledge operations of Metito Business allover Saudi Arabia for EPC & BOT projects related to water & wastewater treatment for medium to large scale projects.
• Responsible for preparation of business plans, budget forecasts, progress reports, assignment of sales force, supervision of the day to day activities of all area sales managers & sales force in all Metito offices at Saudi Arabia to insure achievement of sales target as per the set plan and beyond.
• Conducting periodical sales meetings with sales staff and reporting feedbacks to the top management.
• Responsible for contracts negotiations and signature of all contracts / orders with Metito clients.
• Responsible for business development to create new clients and develop customer relation with all governmental and private sector clients.
• Personal input to Follow-up the business with selected Key Clients, including Tenders / Bids and proposals preparation, submission, attendance of various pre & post bids meetings with clients, consultants & end users to insure successful deals closure.
• Exploring potential suppliers for new products & technologies development, including RO, MBR, MBBR, UF, MF, and all up to date processes for water & wastewater processes to maintain the company’s lead position within the market.
• Responsible for the follow-up with R&D team and promotion / introduction of the New WWT technology “Turbo4Bio”, yielding nearly Zero sludge, new WWT technology “Biopipe” and State of the Art Low Temperature Desalination “LTDs” technology.
• Member of the inter-company technical committee for products development & improvement. This includes technical evaluation of on-going operating plants VS new products & technologies that can enhance / improve the process and reduce the cost.
• Participate on behalf of the company at major / selected conferences and exhibitions, preparing presentations & conducting presentations / attending work-shops to enhance company’s participation / knowledge / awareness and support marketing strategies.
• Develop special / high level contacts to promote the business and conclude the business deals.
• Application of company standards for QHSE to insure full customer satisfaction.
• Involved in coordination of projects execution for selected awarded contracts between projects / operations team and the client /consultant / end-user, including the review and development of optimum project execution schedule to achieve timely project execution.
• Involved in the review of P&L for all projects from the award till completion.
• Manages full sales team. Reports to the General Manage and Managing Director.
• Responsible for plants sales operations in UAE, Oman, Pakistan & Saudi Arabia.
• Handling the day to day activities of the sales department, including personal visits to clients.
• Planning & coordinating the activities of Plant Sales, Customer Services & Chemical Sales Departments to achieve Overall Sales Targets.
• Setting up Marketing & Sales plans & strategy, budget forecast and minimum manpower requirements to achieve & exceed targets.
• Leading sales operations for the company’s Special Projects.
• Business Development for UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia & Bahrain Markets related to the company’s targeted projects, including the introduction of new technologies to position the company in leading position within the market.

• Coordination of IWWTP systems business for Oil - water separation systems between Saudi Aramco & Al-Hejailan / Washington Group International JV.
• Preparation of the Business Plan for Establishing Biolab Arabia Ltd., which is a JV between Al-Hejailan and BWA to produce the speciality chemicals locally for desalination plants, water & wastewater treatment. The company has started its production effectively.
• Reports to the Managing Director and supervises three the team of project engineers.
• Responsible for establishing the Company branch office in the Eastern Province & Bahrain, and running overall office activities.
• Techno-commercial negotiations to supply and install water and waste water treatment systems, followed by comprehensive project management and coordination of execution for all projects within the territory.
• Preparation of budget forecast, business and marketing plans, to achieve targets.
• Management of sales, marketing, and customer services operations, including maintenance, troubleshooting and application of various speciality chemicals for water and wastewater treatment. Marketing & Sales activities include promotion of company products in Eastern Province & Bahrain.
• Manages full branch sales, customer services, administration, accounts & warehouse team (total of 13 person) and reports to the Managing Director, with full responsibility for profit & loss (P&L).
• Secured new market for the company in different areas within the Eastern Province and Bahrain, with a record covering the governmental and private sectors in a total of 91 projects within the employment period.
• Involvement with projects team during execution to support technical team, as and when needed, including follow-up of collections for due payments.
• Responsible for establishing and managing water and waste water treatment business for the company. Introduced new technology for treatment of domestic wastewater and industrial wastewater, applied for the first time in the Middle East and Saudi Arabia, using Multi-Reactor and Reco-Reactor Systems, in collaboration with Bude’ Group from the Netherlands, using attached growth process.
• Responsible for engineering, design, cost estimation, bids preparation, project management and execution of water and waste water systems, with full responsibility for profit & loss (P&L).
• Responsible for establishing the company standard proposals, contracts, pre-qualification documents and O&M manuals for executed projects.
• Responsible for Marketing & Sales of company products.
• Scored a record of 10 projects in 11 months of operation in a company starting from scratch in water & wastewater field, with the competition against the well-known giants in the same field within the market of Saudi Arabia.
• Responsible for process design, engineering, equipment sizing and selection, preparation of BOQ’s and P&ID’s, cost estimation, optimization and proposals preparation for water treatment & Desalination plants (using Reverse Osmosis Technology), waste and industrial waste water treatment plants. This involves preparation and implementation of bid completion schedules, RFQ’s, evaluation of vendors/suppliers’ quotations, negotiation with suppliers, conducting progress meetings with clients and contract negotiations. This covers large, medium and small size projects.
• Managing overall branch activities, including sales, marketing, contract negotiations and projects execution for awarded contracts. Reporting to the Managing Director and Deputy Managing Director.
• Occupied other positions within the same company prior to the management of Central Province, such as:
1. Process & Proposals Engineer: Design of RO Desalination Plants & Sewage Treatment Plants as well as equipment sizing and cost estimation with full fledge capability in preparation and submission of bids.
2. Proposals Manager: Management & Preparation of proposals & cost estimation for all projects within Saudi Arabia, UAE & Egypt. The role covered the management of projects / contracts department for six months.
