Applying the scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnoses and trouble shooting for
all mechanical equipment (pumps, compressors, diesel generators, heat exchanger, valves)
Overseeing, tracking and reporting work status to the senior management
Ensuring all works are done according to the Ensco safety rules
Preparing the job safety analysis and risk assessmentfor each job
Write technical report.
Applying the scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnoses and trouble shooting for API equipment
Supervising team and offering technical support to
foremen & technicians and also ensuring all works are done in right manner
Responsible for accurate time keeping and efficient use of work schedules
-Overseeing, tracking and reporting work status to the senior management and the client representative
-To issue technical reports for minor & major repair activities and feedback on the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
-Ensure all works are done according to the (API) standards
Ensure all works are done according to the safety standard
Awareness of need to improve skills and knowledge to handle all parts of the Sulzer Pumps range and centrifugal pumps in general
Running and Maintenance of all mechanical equipment (pumps, compressors, diesel generators)
Carrying out preventive maintenance and Corrective maintenance.
Carrying out diesel generators top overall.
Preparing the job safety analysis and risk assessment for each job
