Establish and maintain the Bank’s business and IT continuity framework, and coordination of plans to address IT service continuity risks and issues in addition to participate in maintaining the disaster recovery site and activities.
Key Accountabilities & Activities
1. Service Continuity
• Develop and maintain the framework for IT continuity to support enterprise-wide business continuity management using a consistent process.
• Participate in Minimizing downtime and the probability of IT service interruption and ensure that IT services are available as required by reducing the impact of a major disruption on key business functions and processes - including the establishment of resilience capabilities and recovery priorities for critical IT services..
• Participate in conducting regular Business Impact Analysis
• Participate in developing and maintaining IT continuity and contingency plans that supports business continuity plans
• Participate in training on and testing IT contingency plans
2. Assistance of Service Level Management
• Assist the Service Level Management and Operational Level Management teams with regular testing of the IT continuity plan to ensure that IT systems can be effectively recovered, shortcomings are addressed and that the plan remains relevant.
3. Disaster recovery site
• Participate in maintaining the disaster recovery site and activities.
Summary:
Provides pre-sales technical support and expertise is analyzing customer requirements in conjunction with their current desktop/server virtualization, storage, Microsoft, and system capabilities and ensuring company design will accomplish customer's objectives.
Main Duties:
- Support the outside sales organization with the identification of customer requirements and the development of appropriate pre-sales documentation to write SOW, RFP, responses, etc.
- Communicate technical design, requirements, constrains, functionality, and implementation details verbally and in formal documentation.
- Design Proof of concept testing
- Work with Customers to define implementation projects including requirements gathering.
- Provide knowledge transfer to client.
- Create assessment questionnaires and other forms of written deliverables.
