Install and Configure VOIP Gateway solutions using FXO and FXS.
Handling customer inquiries, complaints and ADSL Technical Problems.
Providing efficient solution of the customer problems.
Handling all ADSL issues (Slowness, No browsing, Authentication, etc.)
Handling all physical problems in ADSL lines like line down and line unstable.
Configuring all types of ADSL routers.
