Units, Adsorption Unit, Alkylation Unit) during the units start up and normal operation.
Contributed in Units revamp to increase the unit’s capacity to 140 % of the nameplate
capacity through; Basic Engineering, Scope Study, PFD&PID and equipment layout, Review
basic engineering data and prepare data for invitation to bid.
Contribute in engineering and installation of new injection system;
- Basic Engineering; Conceptual study, reviewing PFD, P&ID, MSD and equipment
datasheet and change according to as built in site.
- Detailed Engineering; prepare Ti-in connections and piping hydraulic calculations,
invitation to bed, bid analysis, review bid and approval, purchases orders, precommissioning,
commissioning and system start up
Perform Management of Change (MOC) and optimize the unit’s productivity.
Carried out process engineer tasks; Safe process operation, controlling process operation,
respond to abnormal conditions and provide support for management and unit KPI.
Troubleshooting and monitoring the unit’s equipment performance (Fired Heater,
Compressor, Heat Exchangers, Air Coolers and pumps).
Following Up Catalyst Loading Activities and preparing technical loading reports.
Perform process-engineering calculations and simulations.
Monitoring Distillation Columns performance and perform sizing.
