Managing the whole supply chain of the company including: Factory planning, MRP, foreign/local purchasing, trucking/ shipping/ clearance(logistics), warehousing and delivery to customers.
Main inputs: sales plan, confirmed contracts and projects-sourcing needs.
Main outputs: all in time, ready for production material and delivery to end customer notifications with all related reporting.
As a freelancer, Engineering management Advisor, supplying direct services to my customers -firms and organizations- in the engineering management fields.
1- Short term services like awareness & trainings on ISO, ISO-TS, project management, operations management and problem solving.

2.a. Healing up of manufacturing processes & cycle in company “ECES” after the 25th of jan. events.
2.b. Negotiating Daimler-AG & Eberspeacher-Germany to re-initiate robotic welding project in “ECES”.
2.c. Development and implementation of an ISO-TS 16949 quality management system with full audit cycle for company “Boysen-Egypt”.
Managing the progress and performance of all Operation related departments including resource planning and the ramping up targets.
Leading my team of different department managers (Engineering Dept., Cutting Dept., Pre-assembly Dept., Production / Facility maintenance Dept. and Assembly Dept.) and their sub-ordinates (Over 350 employees).

Managing the whole supply chain of the factory as responsible of all Car-Related items and suppliers. With my team of Five engineers, three accountants, one coordinator and casual purchaser the following processes are managed…
1- Local content development :
Select car items for Localization, contracting suppliers, develop, produce and approve an initial sample.
2- Local content approval (IDA /customs):
Preparing all Industrial Development Authority and customs documents and proceed for approval.
3- Local content purchasing and support:
Issuing LC order / call-off, claim handling, supplier quality monitoring and supplier evaluation/development.
4- CKD purchasing:
CKD price monitoring and preparing CKD custom clearance document, Shipping, Insurance and scheduling.
5- Foreign purchasing and EX-33 :
Foreign Purchasing from DC, or abroad supplier and Claim handling process.
6- Production line support (in case of line-claims and major process changes).
7- Local content pricing:
Cost-plus pricing, price negotiation, price adjustments and managing supplier’s payment accounts.
8- Service providers management:
Managing the accounts, payment and performance of all service providers.
*Technical change management.
*Assure the implementation of BMW-AG and international suppliers (TAA) at local supplier side.
*Define the cause of damage -in case of line claims.
*issue and review Corrective actions for the supplier.
*supplier development -in case of introducing new supplier.
*Product development various activities such as (supplier selection, price negotiation, project planning, supplier technical support, process design, process oudit, ...).
* Release the new localized items with BMW-AG team.
*Coordinate and time plan all local content related issues such as purchase orders, delivery orders, supply rate, ..
*evaluate the Local supplier from the procurement point of view (conformity to delivery plan, time taken for compansation, uniformity of ordering procedures done at supplier side, ..)
*perform and follow up claim/compensation procedure.

- Working in automotive industry in the field of localizing the production of car components.
- work is done through three phases which either be all at the same time or not.
#1- New localization: make the necessary studies to develop a supplier that can produce the required component with the accepted quality level with the required production rate in an accepted price.
#2- dual sourcing: Develop a new supplier to overcome any problems in the current supplier or to make sensible cost reduction.
#3- troubles shooting any problem that prevent the sufficient supply rate.
Working in the field of "HVAC automatic control and Dehumidification systems for production / preservation".
#- performing the pre-sales studies, submittals and all pre-execution technical & financial discussions.
#- performing equipment commissioning and startup supervision as a customer satisfaction responsible.
