• Direct, supervise and coordinate electrical inspection and QC activities on panel boards.
• Perform a regular inline inspection for products under manufacturing, for all assembly, and manufacturing processes.
• Review and check submittals, shop drawings, components data sheets, bill of material, for compliance with contract drawings, specifications, and to achieve proper, and safe operation.
• Perform electrical panel’s routine tests as per international standards.
• Ensure that all requirements of the applicable specifications and drawings are complied with; and report on deficiencies and advise for the required corrections.
• Highlights the areas of non-conformity, and supervise their instant corrective action on site.
• Track the non-conformities to their root cause, and recommend for preventive action.
• Coordinate with design and production teams to resolve all manufacture issues, and quality conflicts.
• Hand over the panels to the customer with complete panels inspection and performing the required routine tests with the customer presence, and apply any required modifications.
• Establish and maintain procedures to develop standard documentation for project’s quality control.
• Implement accident prevention plans, promote safety measures.
• Inspect and approve all supplied materials, for compliance with project design, and as per the list of recommended suppliers, and materials data sheets, and reject non-conform materials.
• Perform panel’s start up at site, or panel inspection when required.
• Implement the QA procedures, coordinate electrical QC work with other technical disciplines to ensure safe and seamless management with all trades and activities, and communicate to respective team the QA system requirements.
• Review the implementation and compliance of ISO 9001 standard, and the operating of the quality management system.
• Review and check submittals, shop drawings, components data sheets, bill of material, for
compliance with contract drawings, specifications, and to achieve proper, and safe operation.
• Perform panel boards routine tests as per international standards.
• Ensure that all requirements of the applicable specifications and drawings are complied with; and report on deficiencies and advise for the required corrections.

Responsibilities:
• Interpret construction drawings, study the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications, and Identify customer requirements prior to execution of any jobs.
• Design LV Networks, prepare shop drawings, research suitable solutions, estimate costs, timescale.
• Manage directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the electrical work groups at site.
• Prepare site and work progress reports, inspection requests, costing on regular basis or as required.
• Responsible for complete site execution, project management, and ensure site handover on time.
• Liaising with others in the technical office, clients main contractors, and attend meetings on site.
• Commissioning, and startup of LV panel boards, and testing the electrical system once it is installed.
• Ensure that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards.
• Inspect the electrical portion of the building along with the project consultant, and perform any modification required.
• Prepare the asbuilt drawings, and the modified project BOQ, with details of all additional works compared to the contract.
Responsibilities:
• Review the customer specifications, compared to electrical design of low voltage panels, and ensure that the design will fulfill customer requirements.
• Review panel design, ensure that it can be implemented as customer requirements, and improve the design to improve efficiency if needed.
• Liaising with purchasing, customers and technical office.
• Ensuring project deadlines are met.
• Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.
• Programming of PLC, when required.
• Participate in the technical meetings with customer, when necessary.
• Panel start up and commissioning at site when required.
• Participate in the inspection of technical problems and the establishment of procedures and corrective actions to avoid recurrences.
• Provide the assembly team with technical support.
• Follow up with quality control team, attend FAT, and panel inspection to ensure panels are working properly before release.
Responsibilities:
• Review the customer specifications, single line diagrams and panel schedules, Perform electrical design of low voltage panels, select bill of materials for the quotation to successfully meet the customer’s specification requirements, and provide clarifications and exceptions for specification items that cannot be met, or out of the company scope of work.
• Selection of components according to project requirements, such as ACB, MCCB, VFD, protection relays, soft starters, control products.
• Review the shop drawings, and ensure of its compliance with customer request, and that the control system will function as per required.
• Programming of PLC, when required.
• Participate in the technical meetings with customer, when necessary.
• Provide quotation background and direction to production engineering for new orders.
• Follow-up with the manufacturing operations, as well as participation in special inspections.
• Participate in the inspection of technical problems and the establishment of procedures and corrective actions to avoid recurrences.
• Support other departments (Mechanical design, production, test, sales, and project management).

Graduation project: Web based control of industrial process. (automated industrial process using Siemens plc Step7 300 complete with Siemens Hmi and drives, a full web control and monitoring of the procees is accomplished with complete Scada system using Wincc Siemens software.
