Provide support for business strategy development and execution.
 Provide analytical and planning support in the development and
achievement of performance targets
 Prepare and interpret monthly management accounts and annual reports.
 Completion of all financial activities and tracking to ensure healthy
application of the rules for the transactions and internal control such as
sales and purchases, inventory, expenses, insurance, treasury and wages
in accordance with the approved system.
 Prepare and Implement financial plans.
 Maintain internal control standards and transaction procedures to
accomplish tasks and responsibilities within the provisions of the rules
and regulations of company
 develope financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk
Work with senior teams to grow the business, formulating strategies and plans.
Ensure corporate budgeting processes are carried out and reviewed.
 Prepare annual budget and prepare monthly variance analysis.
 Monitor cash flows statements and predict future trends.
 Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction.
 Identify, investigate, and analyze potential operational improvement.
 Manage all banks relationships to secure sufficient funds for current
operations and Future plans.
 Liaise with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out.
 Arrange new sources of finance.
 Ensure that all accounting transactions are in accordance with GAAP.
 Keep on top of changes in regulation and legislation.
 Overseeing all financial activities for our branches outside KSA ( in
United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Lebanon, Egypt and Qatar ).
 Prepare the break-even analysis and assist in product pricing.
 Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations & legislations.
 Safeguard the company’s assets & inventory.
