Responsibilities:

- Managing the preparation of monthly & annual accounts and ensuring that financial results are accurate, relevant and produced in accordance with the group’s reporting requirements.
- Ascertaining that reports are effective and will contribute in decision making of the management.
- Forecasting company’s budget and preparing the same accordance with the set objectives.
- Scrutinizing company expenses, supplier invoices and arrangement of payments.
- Presenting the information to top management and public group.
- Reporting directly to the general manager of finance as per needed.
- Coordinate and supervise the entire accounts while closing all the books, submit financial statement on monthly basis to head office and meet strict dead lines.
- Prepare, examine and analyze accounting records, financial statement and other financial reports to assess accuracy and finalizing the accounts.
- Develop, maintain and analyze budgets, review periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
- Develop financial forecast for capital budgeting, accounts receivables, payables, cost accounting, fixed assets ledger and capital expenditure.
- Take care of accounts receivable follow up; prepare customer-vender reconciliation statements & final accounts such as profit & loss account and balance sheet.
