My responsibilities: Create designs and technical drawings for mechanical devices and equipment such as:
-CNC machines
-Pad printing machine
-Digital graphical waterfall device
-Shawerma wrapping machine Create and improve manufacturing systems or processes and develop drawings for a wide variety of machines and structures such as:
-Solar panel structure
-invented new mechanism for solar tracking systems
-Crane ray structure
-Skid mounted for electrical substation system
-Mask machine
My responsibilities covered all aspects of the project from the research stage to validation, included:
▪Design and implementation of mechanical device that is capable of absorbing the energy stored in sea waves and convert it into hydraulic energy.
▪Design and implementation of electro-hydro-mechanical device that processes the hydraulic energy and converts it into electrical energy.
▪Analyzing and simulate the critical parts of whole device.
▪Simulation of power matching process of hydro mechanical circuits using Automation Studio.
▪Expertise in installing, testing, commissioning & maintenance of mechanical equipment.
▪Supervising the manufacture, assembly and implementation of mechanical parts.
▪Expertise in installing, testing, commissioning & maintenance of hydraulic equipment.
▪Design and implementation of flow meter device to measure the amount of oil flow rate.
▪Design and implementation of stroke meter device to measure the sea waves height.
▪Design a calculation excel sheet to predict the whole system parameters.
▪Supervising the implementation of civil work and infrastructure of concrete building of the device.
▪Testing, monitoring and maintenance a wave-energy conversion (WEC) device. Note\ The project was managed to get a small fund from the BMZ (German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development) through the GIZ (German Corporation For International Cooperation) where they able were able to build a fully instrumented wave to energy station that is able to produce up to 15KWatt of electricity.
