National Manager at Kantar
  • Saudi Arabia - Jeddah
  • My current job since April 2013

Managing all Kantar Worldpanel operations in KSA. leading a team of over
250+ professional project managers, supervisors, field executives and
interviewers to deliver business objectives. Reporting to the regional Ops
director. Managing staff recruitment, setting up the annual budget for KSA
Ops, coaching and mentoring people, controlling the panel management
by setting the appropriate quality control procedures & metrics and
applying the most successful operation improvement techniques such as
Lean Six Sigma, Process Re-engineering and TQM. Using the most effective
costing approaches to get the maximum level of quality with the least
possible cost by the maximum exploiting of all available resources. I got the
“Worldpanel one global award” in 2015 after applying a new idea which
saved the organization US $1.5M as well as saving significant amount of
time and efforts. I’ve applied a new incentive technique in 2013 which
saved the cost of incentives by 40% and increased the value of panelists’
incentives by 100%. I’m currently working with the global team on
automation transformation to the data collection in KSA from PAPI to
automated self-completion collection. My advanced IT skills helped me in
developing new recruitment methods online and offline by building a web
page and social media pages to raise the awareness and increase the
engagement and compliance.
