*Internal Audit main tasks:
- Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
- Analysis and evaluation accounting documentation, previous reports, data, etc.
- Auditing Financial Statements, Trail Balance and Preparing Financial Analyses, Ratios and matching with the established standards.
- Prepare and present reports that reflect audit results and document process.
- Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts.

*Taxes main tasks:
- Taxation Supervision, Handling and reviewing.
- Follow-up application of Tax Laws on all of financial transactions.
- Carrying out all types of Tax functions and issuing due reports to the tax authorities and top management.
- Summarize taxes data and keep the Documents for the tax position.
- Processing documents for Tax inspection and follow up Tax inspection requirements.

- Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts.
- Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
- Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and ensure expenditure control.
- Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients.
- Recommend, develop and maintain financial databases, computer software systems and manual filing systems.
- Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's automated financial systems.
- Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.

- Banks reconciliations and transaction.
- Preparing journal entries.
- Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements.
