• Position Title: Electrical (M.V / L.V) & Electro Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Job Summary:
Responsible for planning and programming the operation and maintenance of the following:
1. Medium voltage system and low voltage system including but not limited to Switchgear, Cabling, power Distribution, UPS, and Micro Processor Control of Lighting.
2. Research, fabricate, and install HVAC mechanical equipment to meet client’s requirements in both large and small projects.
3. Analyze HVAC systems and equipment when necessary to find inefficiencies or malfunctions and create solutions to optimize performance and increase the efficiency of operation.
4. Design testing procedures and control equipment to accurately assess products and identify areas that require modification and further testing.
5. Generator.
6. Chillers.
7. HVAC equipment.
8. Hydraulic equipment.
9. KLCR.
10. Lifts.
11. Administering the Electro Mechanical personnel.
Principal Duties:
• Coordinates section work and ensures that all routine maintenance is carried out including all tests and measurements.
• Serve as project leader to coordinate efforts of managers, engineers, drafters, and manufacturing personnel during all project phases.
• Resolves job related technical problems.
• Supervises the accomplishments of work orders for repairs & maintenance.
• Maintains records for all equipment in the system.
• Evaluates spare parts and material needs related to his field and submits related requests.
• Maintains As-Built Drawings for section services.
• Implements unit operational, safety and emergency procedures.
• Makes periodic status report and reports system malfunction.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Being the ''Authorized Person" issues permits to work and ensures that correct procedures are followed at all times.
• Working at MAXIMO system.
Notes: Currently I work Electro/Mechanical Senior Engineer in Development of King Abdul Aziz Endowment for Makkah Holy Harem (DOKAAE).
(2004-2009). working With CEGCO as an power plant Operator Engineer at Hussein Thermal Power Station.
Brief Job Description:
Monitoring & operating thermal power plant "Steam Turbine(Fuji), Boiler, unit AUX's". Isolating operations " Mechanical & Electrical ".
Switch Gear Switching operations. Following up PTW with maintenance staffs by isolating the equipment & implementing a safe working environment, then take it back in service after releasing the PTW.
Ensuring efficient & smooth operation to the equipment as instructed.
• 2006-2009 BCs degree in the field of Electrical Power Systems from Philadelphia University.
• 1999-2001 Diploma In Electrical Power Systems. From Al-Balqa Applied University.
