Manpower Planning, Recruitment and Implementation:
Liaise with Managers/Directors to gather information about the annual manpower plan in order to fill the recruitment needs & ensure that most appropriate candidates are hired for the appropriate jobs.
Assist in developing the implementation of the recruitment cycle with standard operating procedures and service level agreement with El Sewedy Staff to ensure efficiency in fulfilling recruitment and staff need for the company.
Personnel & Payroll:
Handling payroll processing and ensure that the company monthly payroll is complying with all tax law.
Responsible of all the related activities to governmental entities (social insurance, labor office).
Coordinate staff medical insurance activities.
Handling all employees’ hires and resignation process.
Organizational Structure:
Responsible for implementing the change of the organization charts to ensure that it reflects changes in the company’s operations.
Review pay framework including pay scales to ensure that the pay is competitive and fair in line with the overall strategy and market practices.
Performance Management:
Ensure proper implementation of Performance Management System in terms of setting smart objectives ending up to proper bell curve and to ensure that business objectives are achieved.
Assist in monitoring, directing and recommending on the enhancements of the Performance Management System.
Training and Development:
With the collaboration of business line directors, identify the strategic training needs based on business requirement and performance gaps and ensure proper implementation of the plan set.
