Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another
Arrange transportation, schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay
Receives products and coordinates delivery
Prepares loads for shipment
Takes steps to avoid quality control issues
Makes sure warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels
Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met
Oversees inventory of goods and vehicles
Continually reviews freight costs, transportation rates, and/or the prices of raw materials to keep costs down where possible
Streamlines shipping and transportation processes

Supervise the delivery staff and follow up the implementation of all tasks assigned to them and follow up receipt of sales requests and complete the required procedures to ensure delivery of customer requests in place and time and the work of reports that give a clear picture of the results of performance and how to work.

Duties


Supervising and following up all the staff of the department and following up the performance of the tasks assigned to them.

2. Follow-up receipt of orders and requests for processing and delivery daily sent by sales and follow-up receipt of orders in the time and place required.

3. Follow-up requests for the processing of goods to the warehouses to ensure their readiness before the arrival of trucks for loading.

4. Follow-up and coordination of the dispatch of trucks and ensure delivery in a timely manner within the correct procedures with the documents required for receipt and delivery.

5. Follow-up problems and errors that occur during the course of daily work and finding appropriate solutions in coordination with the relevant authorities.

6. Follow-up and receipt of the necessary documents according to the regulations and export procedures for each shipment to ensure their non-stop access to the reasons of the documents.

7. Save all documents and arrange them properly so that they can be easily accessed.

8. Provide daily reports on the progress of work and what has been accomplished for his direct boss.

9. Cooperating with all sections of the company according to the direct directions of the president to serve the interest of the work.

10. Any other tasks related to the work assigned to him by his direct supervisor.

Logistics

• In charge of Shipping, Follow up ready Export orders with Production Department for Land, Sea& Air Freight Orders, and then arrange for shipping Process.
• Arranging for booking Air & Sea Freight Shipments with the Shipping Companies.
• In Charge of Reserving External Trucks for loading Shipments, & In Charge of the Internal Trucks.
• Providing Internal Drivers Expenses for Export Shipments for Financial Dpt.
• Follow Up Clearing Agents, Customs & Borders for All Export Shipments
• Providing Export Reports for Financial Dpt. & Other Departments (Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports).
• Providing Daily Export Invoices for All Shipped Orders for Financial Dpt

• Input and output all the necessary materials in order.
• Maintaining the warehouse assets are guaranteed not to damage it.
• Cooperation with the committees of the inventory..
• Preparation of product cards and record the necessary information and updated constantly.
• Taking into account the application of the foundations of public safety and health professional in the warehouse.
• Inform the President direct the damaged materials, tools and equipment that need maintenance or damage.
• Prepare a monthly report showing the cost of disbursements warehouse and distribution of this cost as consumption centers in the center.
• Perform any other work assigned by the department head or director.
• Ability to work in low temperatures (-25)
