Responsibilities are concentrated on but not limited to:
• Assisting the Media Consultant at DCTCM on all Marcom related tasks
• Briefing the media agency on all upcoming campaigns (Mainstream & Online)
• Following up on the day to day duties with the media agency
• Liaising between the media & creative agency to ensure smooth execution of the campaigns
• Handling the full Implementation of all campaigns across different platforms (Radio, TV, OOH, Print and Digital) in local and regional markets
• Ensuring all campaigns are executed within the approved budget
• Reviewing and analyzing all PCAs

Responsibilities were concentrated on but not limited to:
• Researching, developing, and preparing media plans (TV, Radio, Print and OOH)
• Presenting media plans to account management personnel and clients
• Gathering, organizing and presenting competitive research and spending data
• Ensuring proper and smooth execution for the campaigns
• Monitoring the campaign flow and making sure everything is on track
• Maintaining effective relationship between the client and Mindshare
• Requesting avails from the suppliers
• Negotiating lower rates and extra added value for every campaign
• Assisting in training the Media Assistants in radio and television buying process
• Booking the space/airtime once the plan gets approved by the client, in local and regional markets

Responsibilities were concentrated on but not limited to:
• Selling advertising spaces in more than twenty magazines
• Identifying sales prospects and contacting these and other accounts as assigned
• Working on achieving the set sales target
• Making proper presentation and accomplishing all required activities of follow up to closing sales deals
• Making proper after sales follow up and making sure the client is satisfied of the service
• Working on increasing the number of clients by targeting new sectors and contacting new and potential clients
• Submitting daily required reports on conducted client visits
• Submitting a weekly competitor review report by monitoring competitive products and reactions from clients
• Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
• Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations and proposals
