Plant Production Manager
Planning and organizing production schedules, assessing project and resources requirements, estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with managers, determining quality control standards, overseeing production processes, re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary, selecting and ordering materials, organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment supervising the work of junior staff and liaison customers service, marketing and sales staff.
As QC Engineer, I am Responsible for all levels of quality control/quality assurance. Monitored chemical and physical test procedures and results. Identified, developed and secured alternate raw materials. Worked closely with the production and sales departments. And with my experience in the R&D department I help in the development.
As development engineer, In a Cementitious Lab in the R&D Department, my core job is to develop or derive new products. In addition to that checking new row material as alternatives, and giving certificates for products, beside that we are as team responsible about finding solutions for production problems and product application problems.
As water treatment engineer, My responsibilities were to produce USP water to meet the USP standers and treat the waste water to meet the JSP standers. With Sanitizing and troubleshooting the units. Beside my responsibilities I am also responsible about the calibration of the instruments used in the Company, and responsible about the (building management system).
