1. Workplace Inspections & Compliance Monitoring:
- Plan and conduct regular and unannounced on-site inspections of workplaces across sectors.
- Identify hazardous conditions and unsafe practices, assess compliance with national OSH legislation and standards.
- Issue notices, directives, or initiate enforcement actions where non-compliance is found.

2. Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment:
- Evaluate workplace conditions for physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic, and psychosocial hazards.
- Document findings and recommend corrective actions to eliminate or control risks.

3. Investigation of Accidents and Incidents:
- Investigate workplace accidents, dangerous occurrences, and occupational diseases to determine causes.
- Prepare investigation reports with recommendations to prevent recurrence and improve safety management.

4. Enforcement & Legal Actions:
- Apply relevant OSH laws and regulations; serve compliance orders, penalties, or legal notices.
- Work with legal or enforcement units within the Ministry to support prosecution of serious violations.

5. Advisory and Support Services:
- Provide advice to employers and workers on required OSH measures, best practices, and compliance obligations.
- Respond to workplace safety inquiries and complaints.

6. Reporting and Record-Keeping:
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, maintain records of inspection activities, findings, and follow-up actions.
- Compile and submit regular statistical and performance reports to OSH division management.

7. Awareness, Training & Outreach:
- Participate in training programs, awareness campaigns, and educational activities to promote OSH culture.
- Assist in developing informational materials for employers and workers.

8. Policy & Standards Support:
- Contribute technical input to OSH legislation development, guidelines, and inspection procedures.
- Support inter-agency coordination and tripartite consultations with employers/workers representatives.

1. Production Planning:
- Develop weekly production plans in coordination with production management.
- Ensure availability of materials, manpower, and machinery for execution of production schedules.
- Monitor production processes to meet planned output targets on time.

2. Workflow Coordination:
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to production teams and operators.
- Coordinate inter-department work (e.g., quality control, maintenance, warehouse) to ensure smooth operations.
- Track progress and adjust operations to resolve bottlenecks.

3. Quality Control & Standards:
- Ensure carton products meet specified quality parameters (dimensions, print quality, strength, etc.).
- Collaborate with Quality Control teams to inspect output and implement corrective actions for defects.
- Maintain adherence to quality assurance procedures and industry standards.

4. Equipment Maintenance:
- Coordinate with the maintenance department for preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Report breakdowns in timely manner to minimize downtime.

5. Team Leadership:
- Supervise production staff, machine operators and helpers.
- Conduct on-boarding and training for new operators on procedures, safety and production standards.

6. Safety Compliance:
- Enforce adherence to workplace safety rules and safe operating procedures.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and ensure proper use of PPE.
- Support compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements.

7. Record Keeping & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate production reports (output, waste, downtime, quality issues).
- Report daily production performance to management.
- Analyze data and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.

8. Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce waste and optimize workflows.
- Assist in implementing lean manufacturing or other productivity enhancement methods.
- Suggest enhancements to tools, processes and equipment.

- Assist management in ensuring plant productivity, quality and safety standards are met.
- Maintain plant safety programs to ensure the safety of all employees and products and ensure safe work environment and conditions and compliance with health and safety legislation.
- Coordinate production within budget parameters.
- Ensure all plant employees are responsible and accountable to maintain GMP and site standards.
- Ensure product quality by sustaining quality systems and developing and tracking parameters to ensure products conforming to quality standards.
- Schedule and coordinate shifts and employees’ work schedules and ensure adherence to production schedule.
- Conduct audits to ensure employees are performing tasks according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Perform inventory checks and sampling.
- Implement SAP ERP and ensure all process are working according to the system.
- Coordinate, with logistics, warehouse and procurement.
- Ensure troubleshooting capabilities are developed with all operators and maintenance personnel and assist in troubleshooting and solve problems of processes.
- Liaise with maintenance department in developing preventive maintenance schedules and make decisions regarding emergency maintenance to ensure that equipments are running to the specification and to appropriate capacities.
- Conduct employee meetings, supervise production workforce and report out on plant performance as part of daily review.
- Ensure equipment is operated according to centerline control and reporting processes.
- Supervise and monitor different plant operations and activities.
- Maintain information and documentation for plant processes, equipments and technologies.
- Using statistical process control in the continuous improvement effort.
- Develop, edit, maintenance and continuous improvement of different processes.
- Maintain working knowledge of the plant operations and technology in order to identify improvement opportunities.

- Conduct all day to day production activities to achieve business metrics and organize equipment and manpower to meet daily production requirements.
- Ensure that a clean and safe work environment is always maintained.
- Ensure conformance of paint processes to the quality standards and changes to develop and meet plant goals.
- Manage and train employees in the production area and supervise, coach and mentor personnel on safety, quality and productivity performance to ensure safe operating procedures are followed.
- Implement international manufacturing standards and establish process procedures in coordination with concerned department and suggest improvement for the different crucial paint processes.
- Assist in the implementation of continuous Improvement activities and ensure all employees are trained and understood all job tasks.
- Complete and review production sheets, reports and input production data into database and communicate and report all daily production activities to the direct manager.
- Investigate and report on all workplace injuries, property damage or incidents in coordination with safety department.
- Communicate and coordinate with maintenance personnel for necessary equipment repairs.
- Overall accountability for an operating team including performance management, training, attendance and scheduling.
- Monitor product quality and process data as per standard operating instructions.
- Act as primary management representative on plant property.
- Troubleshoot processes and equipment.
- Implement SAP ERP and ensure that all processes and data are according to the system.
- Review production orders and schedules to ascertain product data such as types, quantities and specifications of products in order to plan department operations.
- Plan production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products.
- Ensure operational performance and optimum utilization.

1. Technical Support & Product Management:
- Provide technical information, datasheets (TDS), and safety data sheets (SDS) to customers and internal teams.
- Assist sales teams in selecting appropriate chemicals for customer applications.
- Respond to technical inquiries regarding product properties, usage, compatibility and performance.

2. Supplier & Customer Liaison:
- Communicate with chemical manufacturers and suppliers regarding specifications, quality and technical issues.
- Support customer trials, application testing and performance evaluations where required.
- Participate in technical meetings with clients and suppliers.

3. Quality Control & Compliance:
- Review product specifications to ensure compliance with agreed standards.
- Coordinate product sampling, inspection, and quality verification.
- Ensure compliance with local and international chemical regulations (e.g., labeling, transport, storage).

4. Safety, Handling & Storage:
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and transportation requirements for chemicals are followed.
- Support implementation of safety procedures, risk assessments and emergency response plans.
- Train staff and customers (when needed) on safe chemical handling and usage.

5. Documentation & Regulatory Support:
- Maintain and update technical documentation, SDS and compliance records.
- Assist in regulatory registrations, import/export documentation and permits.

6. Operations & Logistics Support:
- Support warehouse and logistics teams with technical guidance on packaging, compatibility and storage conditions.
- Assist in resolving issues related to damaged goods, contamination, or off-spec materials.

7. Market & Product Development:
- Analyze market requirements and identify new chemical products or suppliers.
- Support introduction of new products through technical evaluation and customer trials.
- Provide feedback to sales and management on product performance and market needs.
