KEO International Consultants, Kuwait Architect, Nov 2014 - Present BURJ ALSHAYA, KUWAIT Al MANSHAR MALL COMPLEX, KUWAIT   BIM Standardization, ABU DHABI -KUWAIT-QATAR BURJ ALSHAYA, KUWAIT (Owner: Al Shaya Property Development Co WLL) Resulting in a contextual building that successfully represents the Four Seasons brand, as well as the local environment. Composed of three distinct buildings including an office tower, HOTEL tower and podium, The new 250-room Four Seasons Hotel will feature two large ballrooms, an expansive pool-level terrace, three restaurants, and world-class spa and fitness facilities.   Task: Co-ordination with MEP and other disciplines for design   &updating the Facades. Participated in the submission of Municipality Drawings.   Al MANSHAR MALL COMPLEX, KUWAIT (Owner: TAMDEEN REAL ESTATE). The Al Manshar Towers and Complex, which are part of the larger Madinat Al Fahaheel development. The development is one of the most prestigious residential and commercial complexes in Kuwait, located at the heart of Fahaheel and thereby providing an integrated focal point for the whole local community.   Task: Enhancements of the plans, Sections, Staircase Details, Wall Sections & Participated in the submission of Municipality Drawings.   BIM Standardization (Revit), ABU DHABI -KUWAIT-QATAR KEO have a big BIM library and standards for the projects, which includes wall types, doors, glazing, and Garage by location Task: Design Standard Garage by Location for Abu Dhabi, Doha & Kuwait, and Co-ordination with MEP and other disciplines for design.
