▪ Experience & knowledgeable in domestic delivery and movement of freight across shipping docks for personal effects.
▪ Knowledge of international and domestic carriers.
▪ Negotiate with air/ocean carriers for the best possible rates and improve the overall cost of airway shipping.
▪ Familiar with the local carriers, currency, fuel exchange, any duties & customs.
▪ Familiar with handling oversize packages till delivering to client's residence.
▪ Working closely with clients, local accounts; ensuring exceptional customer service and quality at all times.
▪ Keeping clients & agents posted all the shipping process.
▪ Handling door to door, door to port & port to door shipments.
▪ Issuing all financial invoices to agents, corporate accounts & direct clients.

▪ Sending consignment instructions, notify party details & green light to the origin agent.
▪ Checking AWB & SWB with origin agents.
▪ Tracking shipments, vessels & inland trucks.
▪ Provide daily, weekly, monthly tonnage & revenue reports.
