Since i have joined Emirates Transport(ET), i have started by establishing the E-Services Team, then i established the development environment which allowed me to start launching the following projects successfully:

1. SharePoint internet Portal "https://www.et.gov.ae"

3.Polling and Surveys System
4.ET Mobile Application
5.E Meeting System
6.EmiratesLimo website(online booking for a limo) "http://emirateslimo.ae"

I have been assigned as E Services Manager for around 3 months.
I have a deep contribution in the IT Department strategic plan for the year 2014, 2015
I have a deep contribution with ET in forming the EA Office.
I have initiated ET System(s) Architecture Guidelines
I have trained the application team on SharePoint 2013 development/ administration

I worked with the ministry for around 6 months, in that period i have managed to maintain the SharePoint portals, and to publish their first mobile application of the Ministry.
